SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via USPS and are based on package weight and destination. Packages are delivered to the post office on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Please be sure to include your ENTIRE address when ordering (including unit number, apartment number, etc.).  We will insure each package for loss or damage; however, we cannot cover a loss that is a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Once Yahwehs Naturals delivers packages to USPS, we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving said delays. Shipping is FREE for
orders (pre-tax) of $50.00 or more.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via support@yahwehsnaturals.com if the item is damaged or you receive an incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 

Due of the nature of our artisan products and the fact they are personal care items, we cannot accept returns.  However, if there is an issue and you are not 100% completely satisfied, please contact us at support@yahwehsnaturals.com so we can correct the issue.

DISCLAIMER

We always strive to use natural and organic ingredients in our products. Please be aware that an ingredient you might be allergic to (e.g. Sweet Almond Oil) could come in contact with other ingredients we use. If any irritation develops after using one of our artisan products, please discontinue use and seek medical attention. Our products are for external use only.
